These “fried” pickles can be made in the air fryer or baked in the oven!
Either way you choose to make them, they’re delicious.
They are also low in points! You can have six for only 1 point with blue and purple, 2 points with green.

As far as tracking the points, the recipe calls for 1/2 cup breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup flour. You will only use about 1/4 cup of each so that’s how I calculated the points.

I have two teenage daughters. They are 17 and 14. One thing we’ve been doing during quarantine is sending each other funny TikTok videos.
Some of the videos made me laugh so hard I had tears rolling down my cheeks!
So my younger daughter decided to be my director/editor and record me making these fried pickles.
You can check it out here:

It was actually a lot of fun doing it and I look forward to making more videos!
If you’re on TikTok make sure to follow me! 🙂
Let me know if you have a favorite recipe of mine and I’ll add it to the list of videos I’ll be making.
