These Boneless Buffalo Wings can be made in the oven or the air fryer!

Either way you choose to make them, this recipe is really easy!
I first bought my air fryer last year and I love it! One of my favorite ways to use it is cooking a whole chicken. It’s easy and the chicken comes out delicious!
The only downfall of the air fryer is that it is somewhat large. If you don’t have a lot of kitchen storage it might not be for you.
I don’t have a lot of kitchen storage so I keep my air fryer in the basement. It has plenty of other kitchen gadgets to keep it company. 🙂

Let’s get back to these delicious boneless buffalo wings. What keeps them low in points is that they’re not fried.
But they are still full of flavor!
I cut up my chicken breast into 1″ pieces. Then I dipped the chicken in egg, then breadcrumbs and put them on a baking sheet.
If you are baking them in the oven you can leave them right on the baking sheet. I spray them with a little olive oil spray and put them in the oven, flipping them half way through.
To cook these in the air fryer you want to lay them in the basket in a single layer. You will probably have to cook them in two batches.
They cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes, turning them half way through.
When the chicken is done cooking add it to a large bowl, then pour the wing sauce over the chicken.
I flip and shake the bowl to get the wing sauce on all of the chicken. I don’t like using a spoon because I don’t want the breading to fall off.

You can serve these wings with celery, carrots and your favorite dipping sauce!
