Boneless Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breast into 1" pieces.
  • Whisk the eggs in a small bowl. Put the Italian breadcrumbs in a second small bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the eggs, then breadcrumbs. Place chicken on a baking sheet.

For the oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spray the chicken with olive oil spray and bake for 10 minutes. Flip all of the chicken pieces, then cook 7-10 minutes.
  • Add the chicken to a large bowl then pour the wing sauce over it. Shake the bowl until all of the chicken is coated in wing sauce.

For the air fryer:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with olive oil spray. You might have to cook the chicken in two batches.
  • Set the time for 15 minutes, flipping the chicken half way through.
  • When the chicken is done cooking add it to a large bowl and pour the wing sauce over it. Shake the bowl until all of the chicken is coated in wing sauce.
