The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.
Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.
Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!
Here are the recipes for the week:
One Pan Cheesy Chicken Broccoli and Rice – 5 points per serving for blue and purple, 7 points per serving for green
Instant Pot Chicken and Gravy – 3 points per serving for blue and purple, 5 points per serving for green
Tuna Noodle Casserole – 3 points per serving for blue and purple, 4 points per serving for green
Lightened Up Zuppa Toscana – 5 points per serving for purple, 6 points per serving for blue and green
Skinny Eggplant Parmesan – 2 points per serving for blue and purple, 3 points per serving for green
One Pot Goulash – 4 points per serving for blue and purple, 6 points per serving for green.
