It’s the week #28 meal plan!

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.
Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.
The meal for this Sunday is Easy Cheesy Chicken. The chicken itself is very tasty and filling, but you’ll want to add a veggie or side dish to the shopping list to go with it.
The “Fried” Pork Tenderloin is another recipe that needs a side with it. I usually pair it with a small portion of pasta and sauce. If you want to keep it low in points you can have it with broccoli or another vegetable.
Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!

Monday:
Patty Melt – 8 Freestyle points
Tuesday:
Taco Pizza – 6 Freestyle points
Wednesday:
Veggie Quesadillas – 3 Freestyle points
Thursday:
“Fried” Pork Tenderloin – 2 Freestyle points
Friday:
Chicken Chili – 1 Freestyle point
Saturday:
DATE NIGHT!!
Sunday:
Easy Cheesy Chicken – 5 Freestyle points
