This weeks dinners are a good variety of flavors and point range. Each dinner is anywhere from 0 to 8 points.
When I write out the meal plan it is merely a suggestion as far as what days you eat which meals.
I always make Saturday date night, whether it’s with the family or your significant other. Let’s be real, I don’t think everyone wants to cook every day of the week. 🙂
I try to have Sunday be a good recipe for a family meal. Sunday is the one day I can usually count on the whole family being home. Other days it’s hit or miss.
These are the meals for the week:






Monday:
Ritz Chicken Casserole – 3 Freestyle points
Tuesday:
Patty Melt – 8 Freestyle points
Wednesday:
Pork Chop Casserole – 5 Freestyle points
Thursday:
Hawaiian Chicken Wrap – 3 Freestyle points
Friday:
Zero Point Burrito Bowl – 0 Freestyle points
Saturday:
DATE NIGHT!!
Sunday:
Meatball Stuffed Shells – 5 Freestyle points
