This strawberry cake is soooooooo good!!!
This recipe also comes with free smells. My entire house smelled like strawberry cake. It was like I had opened my own bakery.
If I had to pick a favorite fruit, I don’t know if I could. I love strawberries, but I also love pineapple. Then I start to think about apples….and I love those too!
I think strawberries are my favorite fruit to make desserts with. There is so much you can do with them.
This Strawberry Crisp is one of my favorite recipes. I also love this Mini Strawberry Galette and this Strawberry Poke Cake. Although the poke cake doesn’t have strawberries in it, it is strawberry flavored.
This strawberry cake is my take on a dump cake. Most of the dump cake recipes call for pre-made pie filling. I’m not sure what the points for pie filling is, but I imagine it’s pretty high.
Instead, I decided to make my own. It was quick and easy, plus it’s made with fresh fruit. It doesn’t get much better than that!
I bought Pillsbury sugar-free classic yellow cake mix. All you have to do is add 3 eggs to the cake mix and the strawberry pie filling, mix it up and pour it into the cake pan.

It takes 34-38 minutes for the cake to bake. I let it cool for a little bit, then I cut it into 18 pieces.

Each serving is 3 Freestyle points. I added some fat-free Reddi Wip and a strawberry slice to my piece of cake. Neither added points. Check out the recipe below!
