I have been buying non-fat Greek yogurt like it’s going out of style! It’s so much fun to try and think of new ways to use it.
Last night I wanted something sweet. I have mixed instant pudding powder with my yogurt before, but I thought I would step it up a notch. I also added mini chocolate chips to it. The best part was I broke up a waffle cone to use as my dipping vessel. It was the perfect sweet and crunchy treat!
The dip itself ends up being 2 points. The yogurt is 0, the instant pudding was 1 point and the mini chocolate chips were 1 point. I used a waffle cone that was two points, but only ate half of it. All together my sweet treat was 3 Freestyle points.
If you don’t want to add the waffle cone it is also delicious by itself. The pudding powder kind of gives it a mousse like texture.
Chocolate Chip Dip
Yield: 1 serving (2 Freestyle points)
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar free, fat free, chocolate instant pudding powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
- In a small bowl whisk together the yogurt and instant pudding powder. Make sure there are no lumps. Stir in the chocolate chips.

What brand of Greek yogurt do you buy?

I don’t buy one particular brand. As long as it’s fat free I’ll use it. The other night I bought it from Target. It was Fage.
