I love roasting marshmallows in a fire pit. Even on a rainy day it’s so much fun.

For this recipe I used Jet-Puffed Marshmallows which are large marshmallows. You could also use mini marshmallows if that’s what you have.
To prepare the s’mores I put the graham crackers on a baking sheet in a single layer. Break the rectangle in half making it a square. You can line the sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up but it’s not necessary.
The marshmallows I used were large so I cut each one in half and used two pieces to top each graham cracker.
Pop the graham crackers under the boiler for about two minutes. Keep a close eye on them so the marshmallows don’t burn. I like my marshmallows to be a nice golden brown.
I used Hershey’s chocolate bars but they were the mini ones that have zero sugar and they’re dark chocolate. You can use whatever kind of chocolate you like just be sure to doublecheck the points.
Place the chocolate square in a small bowl and melt it in the microwave at 50 percent power for about 30 seconds.
Using melted chocolate is a great way to make sure your graham cracker is completely covered.
Drizzle the chocolate over the graham crackers and your easy oven baked s’mores are ready to eat!
My oldest daughter tried this the first night I made it. She loved it so much I ended up making it for her the next 2 weeks straight.
It got to the point that I was actually tired of making it. But I love her so I did it with a smile.
I think S’mores are one of those treats filled with happy memories. Think about it, every time you have them you’re doing something fun.
You’ll be doing something fun when you enjoy these Baked S’mores….enjoying every single bite!
