The Ingredients
Chicken Breast: Chicken breast is an excellent source of lean protein, which helps keep you feeling full and satisfied.
Protein also supports muscle maintenance and can help reduce cravings between meals.
Mission Carb Balance Tortillas: These tortillas contain fewer net carbs and significantly more fiber than traditional flour tortillas.
Fiber promotes healthy digestion and helps you stay fuller longer, making them a smart choice for Weight Watchers.
Reduced-Fat Mexican Cheese: Using reduced-fat cheese provides the creamy, melty texture everyone loves while lowering the amount of saturated fat and calories compared to full-fat cheese.
Fat-Free Greek Yogurt: Greek yogurt is packed with protein and provides a creamy texture similar to sour cream. It helps create the signature sauce while keeping the recipe lighter and adding beneficial probiotics.
Light Mayonnaise: A small amount of light mayonnaise adds richness and authentic flavor to the sauce while containing fewer calories and less fat than regular mayonnaise.
Pickled Jalapeño Juice: Jalapeño juice adds tangy flavor and a little heat without adding calories. It’s an easy way to boost flavor naturally.
Seasonings: Cumin, paprika, and garlic powder all add depth and flavor to the sauce without extra calories.
