How to make Open Faced Tuna Melts:
I buy solid white tuna in water. Start by opening the can and draining it, then add it to a medium bowl.
Stir in two tablespoons of fat free Greek yogurt, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Next I cut up the vegetables. I only used about 2 tablespoons of each chopped vegetable.
Add the vegetables to the tuna and mix together.
Cut the English muffin in half and toast it. Put the English muffin on a baking sheet and add a slice of cheese
I used Sargento ultra thin mild cheddar cheese slices. It’s only 2 points for each slice.
Put half of the tuna mixture on each English muffin, then place under the broiler until the cheese melts.
That’s it! It only takes a few minutes to make these delicious tuna melts.
