This tuna bowl is super easy to make and it’s low in points!
Today was one of those days I was just whipping something up from ingredients I had on hand.
It turned out very good so I figured I would share it with you.

This easy tuna bowl is only 1 point for purple, 4 points for blue and 5 points for green.
I used canned tuna that I had on hand. It was solid white tuna in water. I bought the small cans which are 3 oz. each. Perfect!
Brown rice was what I had on hand, which is what makes this tuna bowl so low in points for purple.
I also added cucumber, shredded carrots, green onions and sesame seeds.
The sauce I used was light mayonnaise and sriracha mixed together.
This tuna bowl only took about 10 minutes to put together!
The recipe can easily be doubled if you’re cooking for more than one. It’s also great for meal prep….if you don’t mind being the stinky tuna person. 🙂
