WW (Weight Watchers) Weekly Meal Plan #93

It’s the week #93 meal plan!

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.

Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.

Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!

Here are the recipes for the week:

Thai Peanut Noodles
Jerk Chicken Street Tacos
Spaghetti
BBQ Chicken Bowls
Chili
Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli

Monday:

Thai Peanut Noodles – 9 points for blue, green and purple

Tuesday:

Jerk Chicken Street Tacos

Wednesday:

Spaghetti – 6 points for blue, green and purple

Thursday:

BBQ Chicken Bowls – 3 points for blue and purple, 7 points for green

Friday:

Chili – 4 points for blue, green and purple

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!!

Sunday:

Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli – 3 points for purple, 6 points for green and blue
