Ham and Swiss Cheese Pie

This ham and Swiss cheese pie is the perfect recipe to use up leftover ham!

I know I always have leftover ham during the holidays. Even if you don’t have leftover ham it’s still an easy recipe.

When I made this pie today I didn’t have leftover ham so I bought fully cooked diced ham.

Whether you use leftover ham or store bought ham you’ll want to double check your points.

The ham I used was 7 points for 8 ounces.

There were a few things I did to lighten up this recipe.

I love ham and Swiss cheese together, but I couldn’t find a lightened up shredded Swiss cheese.

So to lighten it up I used a combination of Swiss cheese and part-skim mozzarella.

Instead of using regular Bisquick I used Heart Smart Bisquick to save points. I use it in quite a few of my recipes and I can’t even tell a difference.

Using skim milk instead of regular milk also helped to save some points.

This pie is 5 points per serving for blue and purple, 6 points per serving for green.

I cut the pie into 8 servings, each serving is quite filling!

You’ll want to make sure the center of the pie is cooked all the way through. I cooked the pie covered for the first 20 minutes, uncovered it and cooked it 25 more minutes.

Once it was out of the oven I let it sit for 10 minutes. The pie will deflate some after sitting and that’s totally normal.
