I love a good apple dessert. These apple fritters aren’t just limited to dessert. They’re great for breakfast or a snack too!
The main way I kept these apple fritters low in points was by not frying them.
Instead, I baked them, and they can also be made in the air fryer.

You can have two of these apple fritters for 3 points. That’s with blue, green and purple.
Those points do not include the powdered sugar I put on at the end. I used one tablespoon of powdered sugar (2 points) for all of the apple fritters.
Powdered sugar isn’t a must for this recipe. You could also add some fat-free whipped cream or low point vanilla ice cream.
Or you can just eat them as is!
I used a granny smith apple but feel free to use your favorite apple. I tend to always use granny smith apples when it comes to dessert.
