This mango strawberry smoothie bowl is easy, delicious and filling!
Eating mango and strawberries together is my new favorite combo. I love it!
The best part about it is I just used frozen fruit. There was no chopping involved!

My only question was do I need to count points for this? I know that fruit turned into liquid is counted as points.
I kept this smoothie bowl very thick so I had to use a spoon to eat it.
This is what it said on the WW website:
If it’s something you’ll drink, like a juice or smoothie, the nutrition facts for zero SmartPoints value fresh fruits and vegetables count towards the total. If it’s something you’ll eat, like a salsa, sauce, stew, or soup, fresh fruits, and most vegetables, it will remain zero SmartPoints values in those recipes.
For me, I counted this smoothie bowl as zero points since I had to eat it.
To make this smoothie bowl I added 1 cup of frozen mango, 1 cup of strawberries and 1/2 cup of skim milk to a high speed blender. It’s that easy!
I topped my smoothie bowl with some fruit but you can add whatever you’d like. Just make sure to add extra points if necessary.
Really you can use any type of fruit you want for this. If you don’t like mango or strawberries substitute it with your favorite fruit.

- 1 cup frozen chopped mango
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
-
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
-
Put smoothie in a bowl and add toppings if desired.
