This Greek Turkey Burger recipe is my favorite way to eat turkey burgers!
It is so full of flavor that you won’t even miss the ground beef.
Would you believe they are only 1 point each for blue and purple, 3 points each for green!?
That doesn’t include a bun, but you can eat it on its own with some tzatziki sauce and it’s a filling, low point meal!

These are really easy to make too. I used 99% fat free ground turkey breast which is 0 points for blue and purple.
I started by adding the turkey, spinach, red onion, feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl.

Next you want to get in there with your hands and make sure it’s combined well.
Then divide it into four equal portions and form your patties.

At this point I cover the turkey burgers with plastic wrap and put them in the fridge for at least an hour. If you don’t have time you can cook them right away, but they are even more flavorful if they sit for a while.
Sometimes I will make the turkey patties first thing in the morning and let them sit all day.
Once you’re ready to cook them you’ll want to heat a frying pan on medium heat. I sprayed it with a little olive oil spray then added the patties.
I cooked them for about 4 minutes on each side. You’ll want to make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
How you choose to eat the turkey burgers is up to you.

If you want to keep it really low in points you can go bunless.

For a more filling meal you can add the bun. It tastes great with tomato, red onion and tzatziki sauce!
It took me a while to get used to ground turkey, but now I love it. It makes recipes so much lower in points vs. using ground beef.
Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I have a craving for ground beef. There’s nothing like a delicious burger! But these Greek Turkey Burgers are a great alternative.
