This cookie dough yogurt is an easy snack recipe. It can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge, or you can take it to work for an afternoon snack.
I really like yogurt snacks because they fill me up! I look for two things in a snack – filling and tastes good.

I’m sure by now everyone has heard about the multiple plan options with Weight Watchers. I am going to be updating all of my recipes starting today. I will include the points for blue, green and purple.
Personally, I’m sticking with blue. It works for me and it’s what I know best. A lot of people have said they didn’t see great results with Freestyle so they are happy to have the other options.

Here are the points for the cookie dough yogurt:
- Blue: 3 points
- Green: 5 points
- Purple: 3 points
This yogurt does not use an artificial sweetener, instead I used honey. One teaspoon of honey is 1 point.
I also used PB2 powder instead of regular peanut butter. That saved quite a few points.
To top it all off I used 1 teaspoon of mini chocolate chips. I like the mini chocolate chips because I get more than regular size chocolate chips. 🙂
I usually do my grocery shopping at Kroger. They had the individual size plain, fat-free Greek yogurt on sale 10 for $10. Each one is 5.3 ounces. That is what I used for this recipe.
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled and you can keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to eat it.

Yield: 1 serving
Blue – 3 points
Green – 5 points
Purple – 3 points
- 5.3 oz. plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons PB2 powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
-
In a small bowl mix together the PB2 powder and water.
-
Add the yogurt, honey and mini chocolate chips. Stir together. Enjoy!
