These Fruit Popsicles are a perfect summer treat – and they’re zero Freestyle points!

This is also a great recipe to use up some of that fresh summer fruit you have.
I used strawberries, kiwi, blueberries and pineapple for my popsicles.

For one thing it was fruit I already hand, but I also like how colorful it is.
As always, I used my strawberry slicer to cut up the strawberries. It sounds like such a silly gadget, but I use it all the time.
It’s also perfect for these popsicles because you want the strawberries sliced thin.
I sliced all of the fruit thin, except for the blueberries. I wanted to make sure I could still get my popsicle stick into the mold.
This is the popsicle mold I used. Once I had all of the fruit cut up I started layering it into the popsicle mold.

You can use as much fruit as you want. Once I had all of the fruit in the popsicle mold I added Sprite Zero.

I used the Sprite Zero because it is zero points and I like the lemon/lime flavor it adds to the popsicles.
I didn’t fill the molds all the way up with the Sprite Zero because I knew it would expand once it froze.
I like that I can have one popsicle and keep the rest in the freezer for another time. That way I always have a zero point snack on hand.
I let the popsicles freeze for 2 hours. That’s the only bad part….waiting. But I made these first thing in the morning, so by the afternoon I had a tasty zero point snack waiting for me.

Yield: 6 popsicles – zero Freestyle points
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, cut into small, thin pieces
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1-2 cans Sprite Zero
-
Layer the fruit into the popsicle molds.
-
Add the Sprite Zero to the popsicle molds. How much Sprite Zero you need depends on how much fruit you put into the molds.
-
Put the popsicle sticks into the molds and put into the freezer for 2 hours.
