WW (Weight Watchers) Weekly Meal Plan #14

Planning out meals for the week is such a good way to keep on track. Plus, you don’t have to wonder what’s for dinner that night.

It’s so easy to go to the grocery store one time and get everything you need. I don’t know about you, but if I already have a dinner plan I’m not tempted to go off plan.

Below are the meal plans for the week. I left Saturday open for date night, but you can always switch up the days.

Tuna Melt
Southwest Chicken Wrap
30 Minute Cheese Tortellini Soup
Pulled Pork
Veggie Quesadillas
Chicken Alfredo Baked Penne

Monday:

Tuna Melt – 6 Freestyle points

Tuesday:

Southwest Chicken Wrap – 3 Freestyle points

Wednesday:

30 Minute Cheese Tortellini Soup – 4 Freestyle points

Thursday:

Pulled Pork – 2 Freestyle points

Friday:

Veggie Quesadillas – 3 Freestyle points

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!

Sunday:

Chicken Alfredo Baked Penne – 6 Freestyle points
