The Ingredients

Eggs: Eggs are one of the best sources of high-quality protein. They contain important nutrients such as vitamin D, choline, and B vitamins.

Protein-rich breakfasts can help reduce hunger and keep you satisfied longer throughout the day.

Skim Milk: This adds creaminess and protein without a lot of calories or fat. It also contains vitamin B12, phosphorus, potassium, and vitamin D.

Lean Ham: Lean ham provides additional protein while being lower in fat than many breakfast meats. Protein helps support muscle maintenance and can help keep cravings under control between meals.

Bell Pepper: Bell peppers add color, flavor, and nutrition. They’re rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber while being very low in calories. They also help add volume to the recipe without increasing the point value significantly.

Onion: Onions provide natural flavor and contain antioxidants that support overall health. They add depth to the dish without the need for extra fats or high-calorie ingredients.

Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese: This gives you the creamy, cheesy flavor you love while keeping calories and fat in check. Swiss cheese also provides calcium and protein.
