High Protein Ham & Swiss Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup diced lean ham
  • 4 slices Sargento ultra thin swiss cheese, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, skim milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the diced ham, bell pepper, onion, and Swiss cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is fully set.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 4 servings.
