The chicken for these BBQ Chicken Wraps turned out so good! It’s easily made in the slow cooker or Instant Pot.

Something else great about these wraps is they are only 3 points each for blue and purple, 4 points for green. That’s a very low point, filling meal!
These are great for lunch of dinner. If you choose to cook them in the slow cooker you might want to shoot for dinner. 🙂

One thing that makes these wraps low in points is by using Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Tortillas. They are only 1 point each!
I used 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. If you follow the green plan it is 10 points, but for blue and purple it is 0. This is why the wraps are 4 points each for green vs. 3 points for blue and purple.
I cooked the chicken in fat-free chicken broth with a little bit of garlic powder. It smelled so good when it was cooking!
Whether you cook the chicken in the slow cooker or Instant Pot you cook it in 1 cup of chicken broth.
When the chicken is done cooking you take it out of the chicken broth and shred it, then add sugar-free BBQ sauce.
This is the kind I use, hickory flavor.
I mixed 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce with the shredded chicken. Then it was time to assemble my wrap.
The lettuce went down first, followed by the BBQ chicken, red onions and reduced-fat cheese. Feel free to drizzle a little extra BBQ sauce on it too!
Each wrap had 1/4 cup of the BBQ chicken on it. It was enough for 8 wraps. It’s a perfect meal for leftovers or even meal prep.
