Sometimes meal planning can be a lot of work, but I think it is so worth it. It takes the guesswork out of the never ending question…what’s for dinner?
I tend to cook with chicken a lot. I never realized how much until I started putting together these meal plans.
That’s when I realized the majority of my dinner recipes use chicken. I try to mix up the recipes so it’s not 6 days of chicken meals in a row.
My next goal is to come up with more dinner recipes that don’t include chicken. 🙂
Below are the meals for the week. As always I left Saturday open for date night but feel free to switch up the days to work for you.






Monday:
Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies – 6 Freestyle points
Tuesday:
Chicken Pepper Steak – 0 Freestyle points
Wednesday:
Chicken Chili – 1 Freestyle point
Thursday:
Spinach & Artichoke Dip Pizza – 4 Freestyle points
Friday:
Crab Cakes – 3 Freestyle points
Saturday:
DATE NIGHT!!
Sunday:
Mini Meatloaf – 2 Freestyle points each
