“Everything” Grilled Chicken – Weight Watchers

This Everything Seasoning is EVERYTHING to me!! It is so good and can be used with so many different foods. 

Last night I threw some chicken breasts on the grill with just the Everything Seasoning on them. They were fantastic! It gave the chicken just the right amount of flavor.

Sesame seeds are the only thing that add points to this Everything Seasoning. As long as you keep it to 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of seasoning for 1 chicken breast it won’t add points.

Because my chicken was 0 Freestyle points I was able to splurge and have some potatoes. Woo hoo!! I also had a salad. It was a very filling and satisfying meal.

Everything Seasoning tastes great with so many different foods. There are lots of things I’m looking forward to trying it with. Next up I want to add it to avocado toast. Combining two things I love has got to be a recipe for success!

Everything Seasoning also tastes great when mixed with hummus. Putting it on grilled veggies also adds a pop of flavor.

Everything Grilled Chicken

Yield: 3-4 chicken breasts (0 Freestyle points for one chicken breast)

Directions: 

  1. Preheat grill and set to medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Everything Seasoning.
  3. Put chicken on grill for 3-5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
