Dill(icious) Dip – 1 SmartPoint

Mmmmm….this dip is G-O-O-D! It’s great that most veggies are zero SmartPoints, but that can get a little boring. I added this dip to my veggies and it was fantastic!

I replaced regular sour cream with fat free sour cream. That cut down on the calories and fat. I added 1/4 cup of light mayonnaise. This made the texture creamy.

Dill(icious) Dip

Yield: 10 Servings (2 Tablespoons per serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together fat free sour cream and mayonnaise. Add the dried parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir or whisk together until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve with your favorite veggies!
