Mmmmm….this dip is G-O-O-D! It’s great that most veggies are zero SmartPoints, but that can get a little boring. I added this dip to my veggies and it was fantastic!
I replaced regular sour cream with fat free sour cream. That cut down on the calories and fat. I added 1/4 cup of light mayonnaise. This made the texture creamy.
Yield: 10 Servings (2 Tablespoons per serving)
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a medium bowl, mix together fat free sour cream and mayonnaise. Add the dried parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir or whisk together until well blended.
- Refrigerate for one hour. Serve with your favorite veggies!
