How to Make Air Fried Pickle Chips

Toast the bread until crisp. Allow it to cool completely, then pulse in a food processor until fine crumbs.

Lay down a paper towel and pat the pickle slices completely dry (this helps them crisp).

In one bowl, whisk together the eggs.

In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.

Dip each pickle slice into the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Lightly spray with olive oil spray.

Air fry at 400 degrees F. for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Why This Works for Low Carb and Weight Watchers

Using Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Bread instead of traditional breadcrumbs significantly reduces net carbs while still delivering a crispy coating.

Air frying requires only a light spray of oil, eliminating the excess fat and calories from deep frying, helping keep WW Points low.

Pickles provide bold flavor and crunch for very few calories and minimal carbs, making them an ideal base for a light snack.
