Air Fried Pickles (Low Carb and Weight Watchers Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 20 dill pickle chips
  • 2 slices Aunt Millie's Live Carb Smart white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Toast the bread until crisp. Allow it to cool completely, then pulse in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  • Lay down a paper towel and pat the pickle slices completely dry (this helps them crisp).
  • In one bowl, whisk together the eggs.
  • In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Dip each pickle slice into the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Air fry at 400 degrees F. for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
