For this list I checked out Arby’s, KFC, Panera and Chick-fil-A. If you haven’t had a chance to see my first list you can find it here. The first list went over Weight Watchers options for McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King and Taco Bell.
There are a couple of things that surprised me about the list I made today. One thing is I was surprised at the number of 0 point choices at KFC. That’s always a good thing! On the flip side I was also surprised to find Arby’s doesn’t sell fruit. And last, I couldn’t believe how many options there are at Panera! I’ll be able to make one heck of a lunch combo while keeping it under 10 points.
