50 Weight Watchers SmartPoint Snacks

I am much better at following my diet when I have options. If I go to the grocery store without knowing what I’m getting I feel overwhelmed. Because of that I started keeping track of some of my favorite snacks. 

Different brands can vary in points so always be sure to double check your own food.

50 Weight Watchers SmartPoint Snacks

ONE SmartPoint Snacks:

  • Sargento light mozzarella string cheese (1 piece)
  • 1 cup of Almond Breeze Milk, unsweetened vanilla
  • Boca veggie burger, original vegan
  • Laughing Cow cheese wedge (spreadable light creamy Swiss, spreadable spicy pepper jack, light garlic & herb or spreadable white cheddar) One wedge
  • 25 Rold Gold pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup butter flavored popcorn
  • 7 almonds and an apple
  • 1 large marshmallow
  • 3 oz. of tuna fish, canned in water, drained
  • Werther’s Original hard candy (1 piece)
  • 2 tablespoons light Cool Whip & fruit
  • Sugar free Jello with 2 tablespoons Reddi Wip
  • 2 oz. Boar’s Head cracked pepper mill smoked turkey breast
  • 1 rice cake, plain

 

TWO SmartPoint Snacks:

  • 2 tablespoons Newman’s Own lowfat Italian dressing with 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Sabra Hummus with baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
  • One egg
  • 10  almonds
  • 20 pistachios, without shells
  • 1 cup of egg drop soup
  • 1 oreo cookie
  • 5 Saltine crackers
  • 2 pretzel rods
  • 1/2 cup Greek low fat yogurt
  • Jello sugar free chocolate vanilla swirl pudding
  • 2 cups butter flavored popcorn
  • 2 graham cracker squares
  • 2/3 cup OreIda hash browns
  • Dannon Greek strawberry nonfat yogurt

 

THREE SmartPoint Snacks:

  • Apple slices with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Wholly guacamole – 100 calorie cup
  • 3 cups butter flavored popcorn
  • 16 almonds
  • 2 tablespoons fat free salsa with 9 tortilla chips
  • One slice of Pepperidge Farm raisin cinnamon swirl bread
  • 2 tablespoons cocktail sauce with 8 shrimp
  • 10 animal crackers
  • 18 Cheezit crackers
  • 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Light Ranch dressing with celery
  • Nabisco 100 calorie Ritz Snack Mix
  • 1 blueberry Eggo waffle
  • 1/2 cup Halo Top ice cream (check the nutrition info, some flavors are 2SP)
  • 3/4 cup Chex corn cereal
  • Nabisco Corn Thins (41 pieces)
  • Devilied egg
  • 1 cup chicken noodle soup
  • Low fat Fudgsicle fudge pop
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
