Weight Watchers Stuffing

- 12 oz. Jennie-O turkey sausage patties
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 10 slices 1 point bread that has been dried out (I used Sara Lee 45 calorie multi-grain bread)
- 1 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown the turkey sausage, breaking it up into small pieces. Add the celery and onion, cook for 5 minutes.
Cut the dried out bread into 1/2" pieces. Add to the turkey sausage with the seasonings and stir together.
Whisk together the egg and chicken broth.
Spray a 9x13 pan with no-stick cooking spray, then add the stuffing mixture.
Slowly pour the egg/broth mixture over the stuffing. Make sure to get all of the bread wet.
Bake covered for 20 minutes, then remove the cover and bake 10 more minutes.
