Turkey and Cranberry Grilled Cheese

low point bread (I used Aunt Millie's Live Carb Smart white bread)
3
ounces
skinless turkey breast
1
slice
Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese
1
tablespoon
cranberry sauce
Instructions
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Lay one slice of bead on a cutting board and spread the cranberry sauce on top.
Top the cranberry sauce with sliced turkey, then add the slice of cheese.
Add the remaining slice of bread and press the sandwich together gently.
Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let the sandwich cool for a minute then slice in half.
