Turkey and Cranberry Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices low point bread (I used Aunt Millie's Live Carb Smart white bread)
  • 3 ounces skinless turkey breast
  • 1 slice Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Lay one slice of bead on a cutting board and spread the cranberry sauce on top.
  • Top the cranberry sauce with sliced turkey, then add the slice of cheese.
  • Add the remaining slice of bread and press the sandwich together gently.
  • Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Let the sandwich cool for a minute then slice in half.
