Ingredients
  • 8 oz. medium shells
  • 5 oz. white tuna in water, drained
  • 1/3 cup light Miracle Whip
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, and red onion.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the light Miracle Whip, fat-free sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetable mixture and toss to coat everything evenly.

  5. Finally, add the cooled pasta to the bowl and gently fold it into the mixture until it is well combined.

  6. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
