Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stir while it's cooking.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix together.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and half & half. Heat through then serve.
