Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons red onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Good Seasons Italian dressing (prepared low fat)

Instructions
