Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl whisk together the PB2 powder, water, rice vinegar, soy sauce and minced garlic.
Unroll the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet. Spoon the peanut butter sauce evenly over the dough.
Top the peanut sauce with chicken breast, carrot, bean sprouts and green onions. Then add the mozzarella cheese.
Bake 14 to 18 minutes, until the crust is golden.
Top the pizza with peanuts and cilantro.
