Thai Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Cut the cucumber into slices and them to a mixing bowl.
  • Slice or chop the red onion and add it to the cucumber.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and red pepper flakes then mix together. Serve immediately or refrigerate until you're ready to eat it.
