Thai Chopped Salad with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

shredded green cabbage

shredded red cabbage

shredded carrots

green onions

cilantro

English cucumber, cut in half, remove seeds then slice
For the dressing:
1/2

PB2 Powder
1/4
cup
water
Juice from 1 lime

teaspoon
rice vinegar

teaspoons
low sodium soy sauce

teaspoon
sugar
Instructions
Chop all of the vegetables and add them to a large bowl.
In a small bowl mix together the
PB2 Powder
, water, lime juice, rice vinegar, low sodium soy sauce and sugar.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix together.
