Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs: The Perfect Easy Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bakery Fresh Goodness angel food cake
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 10 tablespoon fat-free Reddi Wip
  • Kabob skewers

Instructions

  • Wash and hull the strawberries using a paring knife.
  • Cut the prepared angel food cake into 1 inch bite-sized pieces.
  • Take a skewer and add a strawberry to it, then thread a piece of cake onto it.
  • Add a little bit of whipped cream, then the middle strawberry, another dab of whipped cream, another piece of cake, and the last strawberry.
  • Repeat the process for the rest of the skewers.
  • Once the kabobs are assembled, place them on a platter to serve. If you are serving them at a later time, wait to add the whipped cream until you serve them.
