Wash and hull the strawberries using a paring knife. Cut the prepared angel food cake into 1 inch bite-sized pieces.
Take a skewer and add a strawberry to it, then thread a piece of cake onto it.
Add a little bit of whipped cream, then the middle strawberry, another dab of whipped cream, another piece of cake, and the last strawberry.
Repeat the process for the rest of the skewers.
Once the kabobs are assembled, place them on a platter to serve. If you are serving them at a later time, wait to add the whipped cream until you serve them.
