Strawberry, Basil & Goat Cheese Focaccia

Yield: 12 servings (3 points per serving for blue, green and purple)

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury Pizza Crust, thin
  • 1 1/2 cups Strawberries
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 oz. goat cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven according to the directions for the pizza crust.
  • Spray a baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray and roll out pizza crust. Bake the pizza crust for 8 minutes.
  • While the pizza crust bakes slice the strawberries and basil.
  • Remove pizza crust from the oven and top with strawberries, basil and goat cheese crumbles.
  • Bake pizza for an additional 6-10 minutes, until the crust is golden.
  • Sprinkle pizza with a pinch of salt and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over it.
