Strawberry Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. angel food cake (I used store bought)
  • 1 pint strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz. fat free Cool Whip
  • 1 box sugar free strawberry Jello
  • 1 1/4 cup boiling water

Instructions

  • Break the angel food cake into small 1" pieces and set aside.
  • Add the Jello mix to a large mixing bowl. Stir in the boiling water until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Stir the strawberries into the Jello then stir in the Cool Whip. Once it is a solid pink color stir in the angel food cake. Add the dessert to a small casserole dish.
  • Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
