Southwest Chicken Wrap - WW (Weight Watchers) Freestyle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 4 Ole Xtreme High Fiber Tortillas
  • 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 10 Tostitos bite size tortilla chips
  • lettuce, chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning.
  • Add the tortilla chips to a zip up bag and use a meat mallet to break them into small pieces.
  • Add a heaping tablespoon of the sour cream mixture to a tortilla and spread it around.
  • Add a half cup of the chicken to the tortilla, one tablespoon of the cheese, lettuce and some of the tortilla pieces. Roll up the tortilla.
  • Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
