Ingredients
1/2cupstrong coffee or espresso
1/2 cupfat free skim milk
1tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder
1/4teaspoonpeppermint extract
1tablespoongranulated Splenda or sweetener of choice
Instructions
Add the milk, cocoa powder, sweetener and peppermint extract to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the cocoa powder dissolves and the milk is heated through.
Use a handheld milk frother until it is foamy. (You can also use a whisk or blender.)
Pour into a coffee mug and add the coffee or espresso.
