cooked rice (I used jasmine)

skim milk

tablespoons
granulated Splenda

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Instructions
Add the cooked rice, skim milk, Splenda and salt to a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes stirring often.
Stir in the vanilla extract. Divide the rice into four portions then sprinkle with cinnamon.
