Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (I used jasmine)
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons granulated Splenda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the cooked rice, skim milk, Splenda and salt to a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes stirring often.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract. Divide the rice into four portions then sprinkle with cinnamon.
