Ranch Smashed Potatoes

baby potatoes (gold or red)

ranch seasoning mix
Olive oil spray
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Boil the potatoes 20 minutes or until you can easily pierce them with a fork.
Drain the potatoes. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray and evenly space out the potatoes.
Use a potato masher or the bottom of a glass to smash the potatoes. Sprinkle the top of each potato with ranch then spray with olive oil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
