Ranch Chicken Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Perdue fresh and lean ground chicken
  • 1 oz. ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices Sargento ultra thin cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl mix together the ground chicken, ranch seasoning mix, onion and Mexican cheese.
  • Evenly divide the mixture into four servings and make four patties.
  • Grill 5-6 minutes on each side only flipping once. Add the cheddar cheese slices the last minute of grilling.
