Ingredients
3oz.peeled potato (approximately 1/2 of a medium potato)
1teaspoonHidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
Cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Use a mandolin to slice up the potato. Lay potato slices on a baking pan.
Spray the potato slices with no stick cooking spray, then sprinkle 1/2 of the ranch mix onto them. Flip over the potatoes and repeat on the other side.
For the oven:
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip over the potatoes. Continue baking 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and place potatoes on a cooling rack until cool.
For the air fryer:
Add the potato slices to the air fryer basket in a single layer. (I had to do two batches.)
Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
