Ingredients

  • 1 (1.5 oz. box) Jello instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups fat free skim milk
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Optional:

  • fat free whipped cream

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add the instant pudding mix and pour in the milk. Whisk it together for two minutes.
  • Add the pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin, whisk together.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
