Pizza Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 Ole Xtreme high fiber tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6 turkey pepperoni

Optional:

  • onion, green pepper, mushrooms or any other 0 point vegetables

Instructions

  • Add the pizza sauce to half of the tortilla. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese and add the pepperoni.
  • Top with any 0 point vegetables you are using and fold the tortilla in half.
  • Add to a pan over medium heat. Cook two minutes on each side.
