Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quaker quick 1 minute oats
  • 4 tablespoons PB2 powder
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Add the oats to a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the PB2 powder, water and syrup. Once it's smooth stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and stir together.
  • Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Spread the granola onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and let the granola cool. It will harden once it's cool.
