Peanut Butter Granola

Quaker quick 1 minute oats

tablespoons
PB2 powder
3
tablespoons
water
1/4
cup
sugar free maple syrup
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Add the oats to a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together the
PB2 powder
, water and syrup. Once it's smooth stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and stir together.
Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Spread the granola onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and let the granola cool. It will harden once it's cool.
